As a member club of the English Curling Association, the SECC fully support the 100 Club. Established in 1994, the “100 Club” is organised by Alison Arthur, and is a monthly lottery which helps to fund the ECA.
Contributors can choose to invest from as little as £1 per month with the chance of winning one of four monthly prizes – currently at £40, £30, £20 and £10 per month (except in December when the prizes are doubled and in the month when the ECA AGM is held when the prizes are tripled).
The 100 Club plays a crucial role in financing curling in our country. It has been able to add over £40,000 to the finances of the ECA which has helped to fund the various activities of the ECA and, in particular, to give a contribution towards the expenses of teams travelling to International Championships.
